Plans and limits
Free, Solo, Pro, Business, with or without commitment: what changes from one plan to another. · 3 min readEvery feature is available on every plan, A/B tests included, even on Free: only the quantities change. The plan belongs to the person who pays, and covers every workspace they own. There’s no VAT to add: DASHUND falls under the French VAT exemption scheme (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code).
On your own or as a team
Solo is made for one person, a freelancer or the only designer on the team: a single editor, you, with as many viewers as you like to show results to your clients. A Solo subscription is personal and can’t be shared. To work with several designers, each with their own account, choose Pro or Business.
No commitment or annual commitment
Each paid plan comes in two options, billed monthly: no commitment, cancel anytime, or with a annual commitment (12 months), for less. For example, Pro goes from $29 to $24 per month, saving $60 a year. During the commitment, the subscription can’t be canceled.

When a limit is reached
- Monthly sessions: new sessions are recorded, but hidden. You see how many there are, and they appear as soon as you upgrade.
- Live prototypes: to put another one live, pause or archive a current prototype, or change plans. A prototype sent from Figma then arrives as a draft.
- Downgrading deletes neither workspaces nor members: you just can’t add more while you’re over the limit. Data older than the new retention period, however, is deleted; DASHUND tells you before you confirm.
The plan is managed in your account menu, at the bottom of the sidebar: Plan & billing. Only the person who pays, the workspace owner, can change it.
If a payment fails
A banner warns the person who pays as soon as a payment fails: just update the payment method. If payment still doesn’t go through after the automatic reminders, their workspaces are paused for all their members until it’s settled, from the Settle payment button, and an email lets them know. DASHUND links keep recording sessions: nothing is lost. Without settlement within 30 days, the subscription is canceled and the account moves to the Free plan.
