Data retention and deletion

Sessions and their events are kept according to the workspace owner’s plan, from the date of each session:

• Free: 30 days
• Solo: 3 months
• Pro: 6 months
• Business: no time limit

After that, they’re deleted automatically, and views only cover the retained period. The activity history follows the same duration.

Delete data

• Deleting a draft erases the prototype and its screens.
• Deleting sessions happens in the Sessions tab: tick them, then press and hold “Delete”. Their events are erased permanently and every metric is recalculated without them (owner and editors).
• Deleting an archived prototype (owner) erases its sessions, audiences, images, target paths and the comparisons that use it.
• Deleting a workspace permanently erases its prototypes, audiences, sessions, events and images. DASHUND links stop working right away.
• You can delete your account in My account › Delete my account. First transfer or delete the workspaces you share with other members; your workspaces with no other member are deleted along with your account.
